Pink gradient nails

Gradient nails -it’s a lot easier than it looks and the result is so cute.

What do you need?
▪ Nail polish (two or more colours + top coat)
▪ Make-up sponge
▪ Toothpick
▪ Foil

STEP 1
Use the lightest polish as base coat. Apply on every nail and wait until it’s completely dry.

STEP 2
Place a drop of nail polish of every colour on the foil and blend with your toothpick. You can also apply your polish directly on the sponge, but then you have to blend the colours by overlapping*.
(* Apply your basecoat, followed by a layer of the darker pink and finished with another layer of the lightest pink on top of both previous layers.)

STEP 3
Dab your sponge onto the polish mix you’ve just created (unless you’ve already painted directly on you sponge) and then dab it onto your nails. To make sure the polish spreads and smooshes well, you can slightly move your sponge up in a vertical or horizontal way.

STEP 4
Clean up your nails with some nail polish remover or by soaking them in some hot water (e.g. by taking a shower). Apply a top coat and repeat this last one every day to prevent your nail polish from chipping off.

Which colors did you use?

Love, KPW
